Foundation648 Deploys Custom Call Center Application for Ariel Corporation
Mount Vernon, OH - July 5, 2010 - Foundation648 has
completed development of a custom call center application for Ariel Corporation and has deployed
the solution internally to the company.
Ariel engaged Foundation648 to help build an internal
application that would allow their Field Service team to more
effectively manage and track customer support incidents.
Foundation648 responded by architecting a custom ASP.NET
web application, a "Field Service Returns System", to
support their call center. We worked closely with the steakholders
on Ariel's team to determine the exact requirements on both ends of
the system; entering field service incident reports and the
accessing of data by the call center. Furthermore
Foundation648 devised a custom strategy for the integration of
the new software with Ariel's legacy AS/400 business system as well
as their SalesLogix CRM application.
